Return & Refund Policy

We want every HappyyNest hamper to arrive perfectly and bring joy. If something goes wrong, we are here to make it right.

Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return request. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please write to us at support@happyynest.com or WhatsApp us at 8707564481 with your order number and reason for return.

How Returns Work
We do not ask you to ship items back yourself. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup directly from your address. You do not need to visit any location or drop off the item anywhere

Do not send items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. Return pickups are arranged within 2–3 business days of approval. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Food items - chocolates, dry fruits, snacks, mithai, laddoos, etc.
  • Skincare and personal care products once opened
  • Candles and spa products once used
  • Personalised items - name-printed onesies, custom swaddles, name initial toys, or any item made specifically for your order
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your hamper arrives damaged, has a missing item, or is incorrect, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@happyynest.com. We will replace or refund the affected items without requiring a return.

Refunds
For prepaid orders, refund is processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

For COD orders, refund is issued via bank transfer within 7–10 business days. Please share your account name, account number, and IFSC code when raising the return request.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different hamper, please return the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a fresh order.
