At HappyyNest, every hamper is packed with love and care before it leaves our hands. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship
We deliver pan India. From metros to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. If your pin code is serviceable by our logistics partners, we will deliver to you. To check if we deliver to your pin code, please WhatsApp us at 8707564481 before placing your order.
Processing Time
Every HappyyNest hamper is curated and packed after your order is confirmed. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your hamper is handed over to our courier partner. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
For personalised hampers, such as those with name-printed onesies, custom swaddles, or engraved items, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, and conditions outside our control such as weather, strikes, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We periodically offer free shipping promotions, keep an eye on our website and Instagram for announcements.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp on your registered mobile number. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time. You can also reach us at support@happyynest.com or WhatsApp 8707564481 for any tracking queries.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes. COD availability is confirmed at checkout. Payment is collected by our courier partner at the time of delivery in cash.
Please note, if a COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from that address.
Packaging
Every HappyyNest hamper is packed in our signature gift box and placed inside a plain corrugated outer box for safe transit. We take extra care with fragile items such as candles, diyas, and glass jars by adding bubble wrap and cushioning inside the outer box.
If your hamper arrives with visible external damage, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours at support@happyynest.com.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive the order, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for prepaid orders. COD orders that are returned after failed delivery attempts will be cancelled.
If you anticipate being unavailable, please WhatsApp us at 8707564481 in advance so we can coordinate with the courier.
Gifting Note
If you are sending a HappyyNest hamper as a gift directly to someone, please let us know at the time of ordering. We will ensure no invoice or pricing information is included inside the package. You can add a personalised note card message when placing your order.
